Hotel Policy Information

• Reservations can be made up to 4 PM on the day of the guest's arrival. Reservations that are made the same day as the day of arrival must be made directly to the hotel by phone, fax or by our online booking page
   
• A credit card is required at the time of the reservation to "Secure or Hold" the reservation until the guest arrives at the property. If you want to issue a prepaid hotel voucher, you must contact the hotel first. In order to change the voucher value, you must provide us the agency credit card authorization. If you wish to prepay your reservation using cash or check in your local currency, please call one of our local Utell reservation offices.
   
• Reservations must be cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to arrival, to avoid any cancellation penalty.
   
• Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival and no-shows will incur a charge of one night's stay.

Travel Agent commission

Payment through centralpayment.com by Perot systems corporation. You will receive the commissions in your local currency with minimum bank charges. Please allow about four to six weeks for the payment to reach you.
