Online reservations
Check room availability by entering the required accommodation date and the number of nights you intend to stay, and selecting the room category you require. Confirm your booking by completing the form with your personal details, your credit card number and its expiry date. Please print and retain the screen confirmation.
Confirmation of reservations
Each reservation will automatically be confirmed to your e-mail address with a confirmation number. No other confirmation will be sent.
Credit cards
Bookings can only be accepted with a valid credit card number. Your credit card guarantees your reservation. Your credit card details are transmitted in encoded form via SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
Cancellation terms
If not otherwise stated on your reservation, the following conditions will be apply :
To avoid cancellation costs you must cancel your reservation no later than 24 hours prior to arrival, otherwise you will be charged in full for the first night. This also applies to no shows. The information you provide will be treated as confidential and used exclusively by the Hotel Eden and Pelican/tm. It will not be passed on to any third party.
